Always remember that the first step is to conference with you (the client) to assure that the correct premise of value will be selected and applied to your aircraft.  Once the premise of value is established and the appraisal problem is clearly defined, the following will take place:
  • I will personally travel to your aircraft.
  • I will personally review all of your log books, maintenance reports, and any and all other relevant data.
  • I will personally survey and photograph your aircraft.
  • I will personally write your aircraft evaluation report based on first hand surveillance of your specific aircraft.
